公司具有建筑工程施工总承包二级、电力工程施工总承包二级、石油化工工程施工总承包二级、机电工程施工总承包二级、消防设施工程专业承包二级、建筑装修装饰工程专业承包二级、建筑机电安装工程专业承包二级、工业压力管道安装许可（GC2级）等多个总承包和专业承包资质，并已取得质量、环境、职业健康安全管理体系认证证书。

ANWEI (Shanghai) Engineering Service Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as ANWEI Service) was founded in 2014 and is headquartered in Xinzhuang CBD, Minhang District, Shanghai. As a professional service provider dedicated to one-stop outsourcing services for industrial facilities, ANWEI Service delivers specialized services including general contracting and construction, maintenance services, facility management, energy services and consulting services. We serve a wide range of industries: petrochemicals, fine chemicals, food and beverage, biomedicine, automobile and auto parts, electronics and integrated circuits, equipment manufacturing, big data centers, new energy facilities, logistics and industrial parks. Meanwhile, the Company continues to upgrade and expand its business scope toward integrated engineering services, digitalized comprehensive facility operation and maintenance, as well as consulting services and customized comprehensive solutions.
The Company holds multiple general contracting and professional contracting qualifications, including Grade II General Contractor Qualifications for construction engineering, electric power engineering, petrochemical engineering and mechanical & electrical engineering; Grade II Specialized Contractor Qualifications for fire protection facilities engineering, building decoration engineering and building mechanical & electrical installation engineering. It also possesses the installation license for industrial pressure pipelines (Class GC2). Furthermore, the Company has obtained certifications for the Quality Management System (ISO 9001), Environmental Management System (ISO 14001) and Occupational Health and Safety Management System (ISO 45001).
