ANWEI (Shanghai) Engineering Service Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as ANWEI Service) was founded in 2014 and is headquartered in Xinzhuang CBD, Minhang District, Shanghai. As a professional service provider dedicated to one-stop outsourcing solutions for industrial facilities, its services span a wide range of core industrial sectors including petrochemicals, fine chemicals, food & beverage, biomedicine, automotive components, electronics & integrated circuits, big data centers, high-end equipment manufacturing, new energy facilities, and logistics & industrial parks. Its core business covers four segments: general contracting & construction, maintenance services, public facility management, and technical consulting. The company is continuously upgrading and expanding its business toward integrated engineering services, smart operation & maintenance of comprehensive facilities, and customized turnkey solutions.
The company maintains a sound qualification and compliance system. It holds Grade II general contracting qualifications for four disciplines: construction engineering, electric power engineering, petrochemical engineering, and mechanical & electrical engineering; Grade II specialized contracting qualifications for three fields: fire protection facilities engineering, building decoration engineering, and building mechanical & electrical installation engineering; as well as Class GC2 installation license for industrial pressure pipelines, among other credentials. It has obtained full certification for the three major management systems: quality management, environmental management, and occupational health and safety management, enabling end-to-end project delivery and standardized operation capabilities.
